Wellbeing Kits

Schools take a proactive role in enhancing students' self-esteem, well-being and mental health. There is a growing understanding of the role that these things play in preventing and addressing such behaviours as bullying, substance abuse, school refusal and self-harm. This kit provides a selection of resources designed to encourage transformative conversations with young people about their feelings, goals, strengths and challenges.

This kit has carefully selected resources designed to appeal to younger students and children. The resources help children focus on strengths, values, goals, solutions, team building, learning styles and emotional literacy.

This kit has tailored resources for helping children build respectful , inclusive relationships, build friendships and value others. Making friends comes naturally to many children but even young children can find forming friendships a highly complex business. Card sets come with activity ides.
